It is not marketing, not promotional, and not bulk messaging.
You will only receive messages if you gave your mobile number to Ryan Greene during a conversation with him (by phone, in person, by email, or through a contact form) and agreed to continue that conversation by text. The first message you receive confirms that consent and includes these terms. No numbers are purchased, scraped, or added to any list.
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. Most exchanges involve a small number of messages over a few days.
